Update the documentation and add extra information

  1. Update the troubleshooting doc file to match the exact version of Postgresql as mentioned on Prepare Doc
  2. Remove redundant information regarding Develop against the GitLab project as already mentioned in previous point.
  3. Add extra information regarding fork of the Gitlab projects.
