Update postgres folder location

I attempted to follow the instructions in the postgresql.md file to configure my postgres client to point at the postgres host that gdk brings up but I ran into some connection errors.

I was able to get it working by changing the location of the postgresql directory from what it says in the markdown to match the actual location of the postgresql folder on my machine.

This change documents the location that worked for me.
