Add Runit shortcut to work with tunnel services
Instead of
gdk COMMAND tunnel_{gitlab,registry}this lets us write
gdk COMMAND tunnelsimilar to the special handling for rails.
This is especially handy for gdk restart tunnel, because the tunnels tend to die when the computer goes to sleep or sporadically on flaky networks.
