Link to snippet with guide on how to install rbenv

The existing pre-requisites page assumes that everyone knows what a Ruby environment manager is. Not everyone installing the GDK is technical enough to have this knowledge, so I added a link to a small snippet with steps on how to install rbenv on MacOS. This should help non-technical folks with this step which is not documented anywhere on the guide.
