Remove Windows 10 installation link from front docs page

David Planella requested to merge remove-windows-link into master

A previous MR (!675 (merged)) changed the anchor link to the Windows 10 setup.

This broke the link on the front page. Rather than fixing the link, and given that I cannot see a particular reason why the Windows setup should be more prominent than other platforms and be featured on the front page (I'd be happy to be corrected), I suggest simply to remove it.
