Document that SAML sign in can be initated from the Docker IdP
What
- Explains how to use identity provider (IdP) initiated sign in
- Adds headings because the doc was getting a bit long and unclear
Why
When sign in is initiated from the IdP it behaves slightly differently and so we sometimes need to test this.
