Include fatal log lines in GDK Reports
This includes logs that contain fatal or its shortened version FATA
in the reports generated by gdk report.
Some services, such as Nginx, emit fatal-level error messages if a
fatal error occurs that causes the service to crash.
Including these messages can be very helpful for troubleshooting.
