Trust the .mise.toml configuration to stop "not trusted" warnings
What does this merge request do and why?
This MR automatically runs mise trust during setup and adds a migration for existing mise users. This fixes the mise WARN Config files in ~/gdk/mise.toml are not trusted warning that keeps showing up until you trust the config.

- Run
mise trust --untrust - Run
gdk rake gdk:migrate
