Ignore logs that contain no errors on GDK report

What does this merge request do and why?

Only report logs that contain errors when using gdk report. See Ignore logs that contain no errors on gdk report (#2618 - closed).

Known Limitations

• Words containing err are all considered errors to be reported. Examples: Terraforming, Erratic.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Generate an error
2. Run gdk report
3. Verify that only logs with errors are reported
