Improve docs for How to setup Geo

I recently re-setup my development secondary, and I think these changes could help others.

I don't mind removing any commit if undesired. (E.g. I don't know that everyone would want to clone their local primary instead of the main gitlab-ee repo on gitlab.com, even though I prefer it.)
