Refactor Cells related configuration
Addressing: gitlab#513075 (moved)
We need to merge gitlab!177988 (merged) first, and run the pipeline again.
How to set up and validate locally
- Run
gdk reconfigure - See
gitlab/config/gitlab.yml. It should have the new format of thecellthat is indicated in the relevant issue gitlab#513075 (moved). -
gdk restart rails-web. The app should still start without errors.
