Add section to the product analytics doc to connect GitLab Tracking

What does this merge request do and why?

This MR adds a guide to explain how you can connect your GDK's GitLab internal events tracking to your DevKit.

This approach means that as you navigate around your GDK, your connected Product Analytics instance will automatically be filled with events data without needing to manually generate it.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Follow the Product Analytics guide.
  2. Follow the new section.
  3. Verify that data is being shown in your selected Analytics Dashboard.
