Remove unused Zoekt binaries

What does this merge request do and why?

This MR removes unused Zoekt binaries: zoekt/bin/zoekt-git-clone and zoekt/bin/zoekt-git-index to reduce the setup time.

1. Enable Zoekt

gdk config set zoekt.enabled true

1. Reconfigure GDK
2. Ensure that there's only one binary instead of 3: zoekt/bin/zoekt-webserver
