Add fzf to Brewfile

What does this merge request do and why?

We've just added fzf support to bin/feature-flag in Add fzf support to bin/feature-flag (gitlab!140382 - merged)

This MR adds fzf to Brewfile to encourage the use of this new feature and open the door to introducing other fzf scripts.
