Fix flaky test when timeout is 0.01 instead of 0.0

What does this merge request do and why?

Again, I am filling the MR to get feedback on what would be the best way to fix that.

https://expects.readthedocs.io/en/stable/matchers.html#be-within might be the answer, but the flaky part is string.
