Update SSH docs

What does this merge request do and why?

I wanted to use SSH with GDK recently, and I was looking for the default SSH port to add to my .ssh/config. This MR:

• Adds section with .ssh/config example
• Properly differentiate OpenSSH and gitlab-sshd settings
• Document that 2222 is the default port
