What does this Merge Request do?

This MR updates CHANGELOG.md to include highlights for the week ending 2020-03-05. Here's the expanded version:

New asdf.opt_out setting !1862 (merged)

For those that have asdf installed but do not wish GDK to use, the new asdf.opt_out config setting now exists.

Make jaeger 1.21.0 the default !1865 (merged)

Makes jaeger 1.21.0 the default version (from 1.18.1)

Add Arch and Manjaro to supported OS list !1855 (merged)

Add Arch and Manjaro to supported OS list, as added in !1782 (merged). Thanks @msedlakjakubowski ❤
