Add a note to resolve Gateway Time-out of GitLab sign-in page on howto Gitpod

What does this Merge Request do?

It is great for me that GDK is available on Gitpod. Quite easy to start using GDK with it. But I encountered an error while setting up an environment following the how-to doc, the GitLab sign-in page was not displayed by gateway timeout, and thought an extra note to resolve it would be helpful for non-expert users like me.
