Updated instructions for OpenSUSE Tumbleweed 20200627, removed obsolete LEAP 42.1

What does this Merge Request do?

I have updated setup instructions for openSUSE Tumbleweed 20200627 and completely removed instructions for LEAP 42.1 (it can't be no longer downloaded and is very old and unsupported).
