UX Stage Split Models
This issue is to document how UX stage teams splitting into subgroups, as many have asked:
- what the different models are, and how each works
- which model each team is using
As of creating this issue there are two models:
Sub-Group Split
- Create split issue with details here
- Create and Manage using this model
- UX lead per sub-group (UX lead is primary point of contact day-to-day)
- UX stage resources are shared across sub-groups as needed to maximize UX value-delviered, backfill resource outages, cross-pollinate stage knowledge and ensure seamless vs. siloed workflows
