Remove Figma and Mural access mention in onboarding issue

With https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/team-member-epics/access-requests/-/merge_requests/1289 merged, we have removed the access requests for Figma and Mural to automatically created access request issues, so we can now remove this mention from the onboarding issue.
