Improvements to OB template. Added two new tasks.

As part of my onboarding, I identified two areas that could be improved in this process for future hires. I added one task to encourage new designers to learn how to search for information in the handbook and inside GitLab.

I also added one task at the end of the process, which is creating an Experience Baseline. I did this in my onboarding and I feel this was a great way to start adding value and get a fresh perspective on our UX.
