FY21-Q1 UX OKRs for Verify & Release UX Team (ex-CI/CD)

Overview

FY21-Q1 OKRs for the UX CI/CD team. Let's use this issue to track progress, ask questions, or provide feedback.

1. Increase the value of category maturity ratings by validating them with users

KEY RESULTS: User validate category maturity ratings for all categories that moved to the next rating during Q4 FY20 (except Minimal, which is self assigned).

Follow the process described in the main OKR issue. Only stage groups that have had a change in a maturity rating in Q4 FY20 are listed below. All other stage groups are optional to this OKR, but are welcomed to join :)

  • Release Orchestration - Minimal to Viable @rayana
  • [ ] Package Registry - Viable @icamacho

2. Empower Product Managers and Designers to independently conduct UX Scorecard validation

KEY RESULTS:

  • UX Research team will update UX handbook with helpful context and tips, linking to existing research training where applicable.
  • @ci-cd-uxgroup to go over the training provided by UX Research team in the issue.

3. Product Designers are free to set the self-imposed OKRs for their sections.
