Retro for MR design reviews using updated guidelines

As part of FY22-Q3 KR: Improve the quality of design MR reviews, 1 designer per stage was tasked with completing 1 MR review using the updated guidelines. This issue is to collect feedback on what's working well, not so well, and what can be improved.

1. Watch summary of the updated guidelines (7 min)

Optional, but recommended!

2. Review one MR

Use the 📋 Product Design MR reviews guide as the starting point when reviewing the MR.

If possible, review an MR for the GitLab project. Ideally it would be a “large” and complex MR, but any kind of MR will do.

If you have questions, create a thread on this issue.
