Java template

I propose pure Java template as it is currently missing. I spent a lot of time until I figured something this simple and basic which I believe should be part of core setup. I am not alone in this which is another reason why I would like this to be added to the default settings (https://stackoverflow.com/q/47525710).

Feel free to improve on it, two days ago I had no idea system like this existed, so I am sure there is room for improvement.
