Clone nurtch demo notebooks at Jupyter startup
What does this MR do?
Clones nurtch demo notebooks available in this repository to Jupyter user's workspace. Copying happens after the user has started her single user Jupyter server.
User experience: After she starts up Jupyter via Gitlab K8s cluster, she sees a folder with Nurtch demo notebooks to perform common DevOps tasks. Demo notebook contains the instructions on how to use itself.
