Flash warning doesn't look great (link styling and container width)
I don't know if there exist any flash warnings with links in them, but we plan to add some in a Geo MR https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/8433
Original comment https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/8433#note_117746034:
I don't really like the blue links on the orange background. So I was playing around a it with CSS:
(the first link is hovered)
diff --git a/app/assets/stylesheets/framework/flash.scss b/app/assets/stylesheets/framework/flash.scss index 7a4c3914fb0..267f91b71eb 100644 --- a/app/assets/stylesheets/framework/flash.scss +++ b/app/assets/stylesheets/framework/flash.scss @@ -30,6 +30,14 @@ @extend .alert; background-color: $orange-500; margin: 0; + + a { + color: $white-normal; + + &:hover { + color: $white-dark; + } + } } .flash-alert {
This needs a decision on what the link should look like (and while we're at it I find it a bit weird that the flash warning width is constrained to a smaller width than the content.)
