View CI jobs from current pipeline detail page

This concept has been thought of before with a slightly different outcome (@filipa didn't we do a PoC once?). It came while playing around with the concept for https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/25990

We currently cannot summon up jobs logs within the context of the pipeline it belongs to.
