Dashboard issues/mr page is not showing a message when no filter selected

Regression for https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/43246.

  • The way I reproduced is to deselect all the filters which brings up the message. (That's correct.)
  • But then I go add a milestone filter.
  • And then I remove the milestone filter.
  • This should show the message. It is not.
