Automatically set Timezone when scheduling a new pipeline
Description
When creating a new Pipeline Schedule the Timezone field is set to UTC, that is not the best fit for most of the cases.
Proposal
We should try to set this value to the current timezone for the user that is scheduling the pipeline, since it's more common he wants to setup a time he's familiar with. We should try to get this information automatically or having it in the user's profile at the same way we've the preferred language.
