Update CustomersDot dependencies

What does this MR do and why?

Update CustomersDot dependencies:

1. Postgres from 10 to 12. This was completed already in !662 (merged).
2. Google Chrome from 109 to 111.
3. Ruby from 3.0 to 3.2.
4. git from 2.33 to 2.36.
