Cache chrome for correct debian version

What does this MR do and why?

Cache chrome versions using specific debian images.

This is useful to support different OSes and also to not run in to issue when current debian:latest tag is not bullseye anymore potentially producing incompatible deb files.

Also adds previous version to e2e image builds
