Update scripts to compile arm64 custom images

What does this MR do and why?

Make all build scripts to be arm64 compliant.

Only thing broken:

  • Google Chrome and Chrome Driver which does not have arm64 builds

Action items

  • Start the relevant manual jobs in the merge commit pipeline to build the images that were touched.
