Add image used by dependency_scanning job in omnibus-gitlab

So that we need not do installation of these packages in before_script, like we do now - https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/omnibus-gitlab/blob/master/gitlab-ci-config/dev-gitlab-org.yml#L119
