gitalb-ci: Change the source branch for reftable tests

Now that most of the prerequisites for the reftable backend have landed on the Git next/master, the integration branch no longer is needed.

Let's move to the final branch introduces the reftable backend itself. Eventually when this is merged to next, we will move to next too!
