Upgrade github.com/grpc-ecosystem/go-grpc-middleware to v2.

github.com/grpc-ecosystem/go-grpc-middleware v2 is published, our bot tries to update it automatically, but it failed. This is not a simple few lines of changes.

This MR is one of a series of MRs that tries to Upgrade github.com/grpc-ecosystem/go-grpc-middleware to v2.
