Update migration process

I've

  • Removed the Migration Analysis section all together since the last one we created was 8 months ago (and now we're just kinda winging it 😂)
  • Most of the Testing part has been removed in favour of following the template instead.
  • Removed the part about Jacob approving after testing, since we no longer have that process and infact just keep the flag turned on after the testing is done.
    • Though kept the part about Jacob having to approve Opt-Ins since I think we still do that 🤔
  • Added the Rails Console way of enabling/disabling feature flags.
