Makefile: Upgrade Git to v2.35.4.gl1 and v2.37.4.gl1 (v15.5 backport) (!5188) · Merge requests · GitLab.org / gitaly

This MR backports the bugfix releases Git v2.35.4.gl1 and v2.37.4.gl1 into Gitaly. It contains adaptations of the following MRs:

!4939 (merged) to change the Git repository URL to use gitlab-org/git.
!5042 (merged) to start building Git from gitlab-org/git instead of using patches.
!5047 (merged) to fix a CI issue caused by the preceding change.
!5175 (merged) to upgrade to the respective Git versions.
