FindChangedPaths: Add requests field

Kyle Edwards requested to merge KyleFromKitware/gitaly:find-changed-paths-commit-pairs into master

This field is more advanced, and allows you to specify trees or commits, as well as specifying parents of commits. This also deprecates the commits field.
