blob: Remove LFSPointersPipeline feature flag

The LFSPointersPipeline feature flag, which enables finding LFS Pointers via the new gitpipe package, has been default enabled in 5c43dfe6 (featureflag: Default-enable LFS pointers pipeline, 2021-07-08). Given that this commit is part of v14.1.0, we can now remove the feature flag altogether.
