git-patches: Remove leftover patch
Commit 8d4884c0 (Makefile: Upgrade Git to v2.32.0, 2021-06-09) removed usage of patch pack-bitmap-avoid-traversal-of-uninteresting-tag.patch in the build, but forgot to remove the patch itself.
Let's do this now.
