Revert "Merge branch 'po-praefect-correlation-replication' into 'master'"

This reverts commit 2cff3b0d, reversing changes made to 2666cd4f.

This is needed due to the incorrect assumption that Praefect should always expect a correlation ID. GitLab-Shell does not create a correlation ID so git pushes fail.
