Add specs for change in gollum-lib

This adds some specs to verify the changed behaviour in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gollum-lib/-/merge_requests/10.

Previously certain characters (<>+) were stripped from wiki page titles on create but not on rename, now we let them through in both cases.
