Update developer beginners guide
We have made some changes in developer tooling for Gitaly and we had not updated our documentation yet. This MR tries to catch up.
- point out
auto_update: falsefeature in GDK - update Gitaly installation directory in GDK
- remove references to GOPATH (no longer needed because of
go mod)
