Replicator fixes from demo

Paul Okstad (ex-GitLab) requested to merge po-demo-fix-replication into master

we had a bad merge conflict resolution bug that broke Praefect. This MR fixes that, as well as adds test coverage for the method that broke. I moved the TestReplicate that tests the Replicate method to test the processReplJob method.
