The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Sync master with the recent security release
This MR brings the fix in 11.7.3, etc, to master, and updates the CHANGELOG to account for the new versions (plus some that don't exist yet). I've already pushed the referenced tags and X-Y-stable branches.
