Automate demo setup

Currently the demo requires a lot of setup before we can get started. This introduces areas for misconfiguration, context switches, and is quite time consuming.

Automating the setup would allow us to save time on the long run during the demo and improve demo experience for the demo'er.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
