Remove codecov from our pipeline
Codecov makes very verbose messages on merge requests, for analysis of our pipeline coverage.
I don't ever look at it, as it seems to come up with surprising results from time to time; as if it compares against the last completed pipeline instead of master. As such I've grown to not trust it and skip over the whole message. Which makes Codecov for me visual clutter, and pay less attention to discussions as I just scroll all the way down.
Now I'm not sure what Codecov could be replaced with, but I think we can rely on GitLabs coverage: https://medium.com/@ulm0_/golang-multi-packages-test-coverage-with-gitlab-ci-a7b52b91ef34
But before we discuss that; I wonder if someone else does like the tool, and if we should keep it. If you think so; please vote
