KPI Reviews

This project is meant to create issues at a regular interval to monitor and discuss the health of KPIs for the Geo team.

On a regular basis, the EM or another stakeholder may create a new issue and provide some information about the performance indicator that needs discussion.

The issue creator should provide references to the corresponding dashboards and/or handbook pages that describe the monitoring process. Stakeholders expected to participate should be mentioned in the first comment.

Participants can then create topic threads in the issues with observations about the metric and discuss any actions required to improve the metric.

Issues should be named consistently for the same metrics, just varying the time interval portion in the issue title. e.g.:

  • Narrow MR Review - January 2022
  • Narrow MR Review - February 2022
  • etc..
