Description

We want the renovate bot to open MRs for us anytime a dependency in our config.yaml over at gitlab-worskpaces-tools repo has a new tag. We do not have a standard configuration that works with dependency mangers like npm or gomod, so we are using a custom manager that uses a regex match to identify the tags of our dependencies and uses gitlab-tags as a datasource to know if things have been updated for that dependency.
